Our friendly club meets every Wednesday and Saturday at 1.15pm for a very relaxed and enjoyable game of Duplicate Bridge.

Novice Pairs <35MP (John Pilcher Plate) - Annick Marsh/Colette Leperou
Following the end of year presentation of awards, President Geoff Ditton paid tribute to some outstanding results in external competitions by members of our club during the year. In the NSW State-Wide Pairs, Margaret Findlay & Helen Loveday placed 9th overall with 66.8%. In the 25-50MP section, Ian McFarlane and Angela Allard placed 11th with 54.3% and in the <25MP section, Colette Leperou & Annick Marsh placed 6th with 54.3%. We participated in the Australia-Wide Restricted Pairs with Colette Leperou & Natalie Millet placing 7th overall and 4th in the <100MP section with an excellent 66.9%. We entered the NSW State-Wide Novice Pairs with Jim Noad & Larysa Golikova taking out our club heat with a fine score of 65.7%.
A big thank you to all players and committee members/helpers for making 2025 such a successful year for our club, and best wishes to all for 2026.

Congratulation to the winners of our club's competitions for 2025:
Australia-Wide Restricted Pairs:
Colette Leperou and Natalie Millet (both novice players) came 1st EW with a score of 71.3%, and finished 7th nationally with a final score of 66.9%. Impressive performance!
Margaret Findlay and Margaret Ditchfield came 2nd EW with a score of 61.3% and finished 31st nationally with a final score of 62.70.
Mary Schofield and Laraine Gartshore came 1st NS with a score of 60.8% and finished 189th nationally with a final score of 56.80.
Raymond Ford and Norma Tom, whilst coming 3rd EW with 54.20%, didn't reach the 60% mark on the day, but came in 52nd position nationally with a final score of 61.6%.
Well done, everyone - The Inverell Delvyn Bridge Club is on the map!!!!

On Wednesday 29 October our members participated in the Australia-Wide Restricted Pairs event, which attracted more than 2000 entries. We are very proud to present the local winners from our club who scored 60% or more on the day:
